Free community classes for Neighbourly users August 7th to 18th of September
Over the next few weeks is your chance to attend and try two complimentary classes of your choice either Tai Chi for Beginners 7.20pm Monday Evenings or 1/2-hour Pilates mat floor class times at various venues and times (you need to have no back, neck, hip or shoulder injuries to attend)

As a special bonus if completing two classes then a 10% discount will also be offered to you for early enrollment for block sessions for Spring term starting October 9th, 2023.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
