We have been overseas for a while, and driving around the Ferry Rd roundabout recently we were confronted with this eye sore.
Who at the Chch City Council thought this was a good idea ??
We have lost the view to the Port Hills while walking along the river .
Is anybody else upset with this visual pollution.
