Have you rebuilt since the earthquakes?

Hi if you are a builder or have rebuilt either privately or had your insurance co organise it since the earthquakes I'd really appreciate your feedback on how long it took or takes for
A: your house to be rebuilt and
B: If you had to get your foundations dewatered in the process and how long this took
C: What the average time for foundations to be laid and "set" before continuing to build is

If your foundations were type 2A AND/OR dewatered even better but any responses will be very helpful
