We understand it is frustrating for you not knowing when the boil water notice will be lifted. Even though tests have shown water is free from E.Coli, the boil water notice remains in place while we wait for residual chlorine to flush from the water supply network.
Once that is confirmed, we need clear results over three consecutive days to confirm the treatment has been fully successful. It is important we follow this process in conjunction with the Medical Officer of Health.

I have been notified that last night there was some disturbance in the neighbourhood. Someone has jumped on top of a car to move security cameras and a couple of cars have been broken in to. Just a reminder to keep a look out for suspicious activity and lock up everything.
