Papanui High School is offering a hands on Indian Cooking course as part of our Term 2 Nightclass programme. This course will teach you practical, easy and budget friendly recipes, techniques and tips that will develop your skills, instincts and palate to enable you to cook Indian food in your own kitchen. You will learn from basic easy homestyle recipes through to some curry house favourites and street food styles spanning different regional cuisines. Come along and have some fun.
