Not so long ago, we asked you to complete our FreshChoice Health & Beauty Survey 2017. Over 2600 people told us their beauty, health and hygiene secrets and we were AMAZED with the results!
- Almost 50% of us are eating fast food a minimum of once a month!
- Did you know that 1 in 10 of us are getting less than 5 hours sleep each night?
- The most common kiwi stress relief is to exercise! Coming in at a close second was .. of course .. FOOD!

Kia ora neighbours. We know your tomato plants are still growing, but we're looking ahead to the harvest already! If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Cats Still Missing - NEW TO AREA - Please keep sharing
Please help us find Sid and Dizzy. Missing since 10th November around Leander Street, Northcote. They snuck away after a stressful move into town, and so will likely be confused and a bit timid.

We are particularly worried about Dizzy (black & white) he is older mainly a house cat and is VERY deaf : there were possible sightings of him on Joiners Ln (near Vagues Rd) not long after they went missing, but he's not been spotted since.
Please keep a look out for him. Thanks to everyone for your support.
