The Christchurch Marathon
🏃 The Christchurch Marathon is happening in the central city this weekend - best of luck to all those taking part!
⚠️Traffic management will be in place around the course from 4am to 3pm on Sunday 13 April.
🌳The arterial avenues – Moorhouse, Fitzgerald, Bealey and Harper/Deans – are the best way for people to travel around the closures, however people are advised to allow extra travel time.
🛻 The Crossing, Lichfield Street and Hereford Street parking buildings are all accessible.

How much does it cost to join AEA?
There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
