Water race issues
It would seem that once again someone is interfering with the water race in the Selwyn area. The supply has been drastically lowered by someone without authority (yes I did check). Who ever has done this should realise that many people rely on this for a number of legitimate uses, to block it off for self use is an offence and is being investigated. It simply is not good enough especially in these conditions, the race is needed in the case of fire and just as importantly for stock
