Planting Natives
This Saturday 4th July you are invited to help plant 500 native shrubs and trees in the Laura Kent Reserve beside the Opawaho/Heathcote River. Planting will start at 9am and finish by 11am. Spades will be provided but bring your own if you can. The Laura Kent Reserve is beside the river, with entrances at Radley Street and Riley Crescent/ Radley Park. The little volunteer group that looks after the reserve would love to see you to help. Big thanks to CCC for providing plants and support of Park Rangers.
