Join us for fun, low cost fitness, Thursday at Phillipstown Hub!

Carly from Waltham

Join us tomorrow for a fun, friendly workout at the Phillipstown Community Hub (Room 4), 39 Nursery Road. We start at 10am.

Tomorrow we are starting with a song warmup. We are then going to do a 30 minute cardio HIIT bodyweight ladder workout. You might be sick of jumping jacks by the time we finish smashing this out!! And we will finish with something ab related.

Kids of all ages, from little babies to older school kids, are most welcome to come along. There are toys and snacks provided, to keep them entertained while you workout.

We welcome anyone to come along and join in with us. Any age, size, gender or fitness level.
Just $2 per session, no need to pre-book, and don't forget your water bottle.

Can't wait to see you there!

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
