Selling your house? $500 off commission costs!
If you're selling your home and looking at Mike Pero for it, the company gave everyone vouchers at the Americas Cup fundraiser tonight for $500 off the commission cost of a real estate agent - as well as a $500 donation to Pleasant Point Yacht Club which was destroyed in the quakes. I'm not planning on selling my place any time soon, but if anyone is, this voucher might be very useful for saving yourself half a thousand!
