Registrations for our last Challenge of 2020 are open next week! Monday 26 October- Sunday 1 November. Then we kick off as a team on Monday November 2 💪😁
Join us for five weeks of great group fitness and building healthy habits ahead of the silly season on its way 😜 $10 to enter which forms the CASH PRIZE POOL 💲
You'll get a Challenge booklet with five weeks of tasks plus the support of our amazing private group. All you gotta do is commit to a minimum one class a week (only $2 a class!) and be ready to make a change 💜

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
