The CCC said better for trees. The bark has long gone and replaced by weeds. I have approached CCC who referred to local Community Board no response from my local rep so emailed Chair who promised to get onto it several times. Still nothing since last May. (I note that St Albans berms are immaculate.) We all mow the berm and were once a proud prize winning street Has anyone any idea how we can get CCC to replace the bark mulch?

They did a quote but came out to me and did not inform me on the phone they charge call out fee to come do a quote and i refuse to pay them.$89.70 how rude of this company.
