Dianella nigra, a flowering native groundcover. It produces white flowers followed by bright purple berries, an ideal way to add colour to the garden. Grows in a wide range of conditions, reaching about 60cm in height and diameter. Mass-planted, it can effectively suppress weeds, making it a low maintenance alternative.
