🥫🥫 CANTERBURY! WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🥫🥫
We are completely out of baked beans and spaghetti, and down to the last few tins of fruit and tomatoes!
Last month we served 2561 people through our Foodbank, an increase of more than 36% from this time last year. Canned food is an essential staple item in our food parcels. We need your help so we can continue to support real people in real need!
So come on, Canterbury! Please donate some cans today and share this post!
All donations can be dropped to 276 Hereford Street Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫

My favourite way to use these is in a frittatta. It's so easy to make and even the kids will usually eat it. Mine like cheese. There are heaps of frittatta recipes online.
