Canterbury Earthquake memorial service: eight years on
The eighth anniversary of the deadly quake that rocked Christchurch in February 2011, killing 185 people, will be marked with a civic memorial service.
The service will take place on the north bank of Oi Manawa – the Canterbury Earthquake National Memorial – at 12.30pm on Friday, 22 February. All are welcome to attend.

My favourite way to use these is in a frittatta. It's so easy to make and even the kids will usually eat it. Mine like cheese. There are heaps of frittatta recipes online.
