Check out this sweet story! Quinn, Indie, Hudson and Molly are New Zealand's first quadruplets to be born in 25 years. The fraternal and identical set of twins from Timaru were born at Christchurch Women's Hospital in August. To read more about their story, click here.

My favourite way to use these is in a frittatta. It's so easy to make and even the kids will usually eat it. Mine like cheese. There are heaps of frittatta recipes online.
