Every child deserves to be happy on Christmas day, but for many New Zealand families, stretching the budget to buy gifts and share a special family meal is out of reach.

My favourite way to use these is in a frittatta. It's so easy to make and even the kids will usually eat it. Mine like cheese. There are heaps of frittatta recipes online.
