Here is some information about the Marabel potatoes as this is certainly one potato I have never heard off:
It's a smashing masher. The Marabel is an award winning potato that has bright, light yellow skin and pale yellow flesh. The Marabel has a sweet taste and creamy texture. Ideal potatoes for boiling, mashing and baked.

My favourite way to use these is in a frittatta. It's so easy to make and even the kids will usually eat it. Mine like cheese. There are heaps of frittatta recipes online.
