If you want a career with variety, a good income and the potential to be your own boss, a trade could be just the thing.
Ara Institute of Canterbury in Christchurch has trades programmes starting in July in carpentry and building, painting and decorating, engineering trades, electrical trades and joinery. There’s a Youth Guarantee foundation course in building and construction, and the Timaru campus has programmes in painting and decorating and engineering trades.
