大家好，請太極拳的朋友們幫忙。
我被邀請去藝術館 The Ａrt Ｇallery入口處的大廳，6月13號星期天下午1:00~2:00去教一堂太極拳。是6月份的大眾活動之一。
參加者應該全部都是新生。
藝術館說他們上次辦瑜伽班有80多人參加，就不知道太極拳班會有多少人參加?
不知道您是否練太極拳呢？或認識打太極拳的朋友，到時候可幫忙一起去，站在第1排帶著練，後面的人才比較好跟。會的人多，氣場才會更好。
我已經把楊氏太極拳的八式又再簡化更動了一些，變成比較適合初學者可以大致體驗一下太極拳，有前進及後退。當然初學者是不可能在一堂課學會太極拳的，就是希望他們體驗一下太極的剛柔並濟。
