washing machine and lawn mower wanted

I have a young couple who are transitioning out of residential housing into a flat and need a washing machine and lawn mower. If you have either, in good working order, that you would be happy to donate to them, this would be very much appreciated. Money is very tight and they deserve a helping hand. TIA. My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
