Improving balance, posture, memory, flexibility, energy, immune system, relaxation, and well-being and proven to prevent falls, protecting bones and joints.

Practising Yang style Tai Chi - 8 form and 24 form, Tai Chi Kungfu Fan during the last 30 min
What to bring:
1. Mask use is encouraged.
2. We will sit down about 10 min in between to read a Qigong book (Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi). If you need reading glasses, please bring them with you.
3. Drinking bottle: a thermal one is suggested
4. Wear comfortable clothes with a pair of flat-soled shoes.
I have countdown stamps available for anyone that's wants them.
10 stamps in exchange for 4 cans or items of non perishable food.
All food will be donated to the Phillipstown Community Hub food pantry.

I have the pieces of the cupboards and drawer units that came from underneath, but substantial assembly would be required to put it back together, along with replacing one or two struts broken when taking it apart.

Armed police are present around the area near the roundabout of Hereford St and Stanmore Rd and cordons are likely to stay in place for the afternoon while the scene examination is underway. Motorists are best to stay away from the area to avoid delays.
