We're moving and have a heap of stuff that has to go - books, toys, furniture, bikes, scooter, garden stuff, trundler bed, lots of little treasures, glassware, good quality sheets and bedding, towels, stereo cabinet with turntable, amp, tape deck + 5 x CD player, four-burner BBQ with gas bottle, this 'n that. Plenty to choose from you'll find. Saturday 28th October, 9.00am until 1.00pm ... top of Titoki St, Masterton. Signs will be out!
Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Builder Wanted or seeking builder (LBP).
We are looking for a semi-retired builder or solo LBP to supervise / co-work with me while I undertake an extension project as a self-build . Rates to be negotiated prior to commencement. Currently in the design stage at present with Architect. I have experience from past house builds so not a raw beginner, both in design and construction.
