Blanc de Blanc Launch Alexia Greytown this Saturday!
Exciting times at Alexia Urban Winery as they release their first Alexia Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blancs. Hand-picked, hand-made, hand bottled, hand riddled, and hand disgorged, all right in Greytown. This means Alexia have joined the very small handful of NZ Methode Traditionnelle producers who do it all 100% in house.
To mark the occasion they have a couple of very special guests joining them for their launch this Saturday. Martin Bosley will be slinging the oysters from his oyster saloon, and the team from Vixen Burger will be firing up the grills to turn out some of their famous burgers. ((No bookings required and no dogs allowed)). 🍾🥂
