Iris Special....5 for $40.00 all named.SOLD pending pickup.

Joan from Masterton District

Iris special.
5 different colours, all named , of bearded Iris.

These bearded irises grow to about a metre high with spectacular stalks with up to 12 large fist sized flowers up the stalk coming out in sequence. The life force coming from one thumb sized rhizome is phenomenal.

They are easy care, don't mind being frosted one bit, and love to sunbathe their rhizomes on top of the soil which anchor themselves firm roots.

Picture left to right are 'Carl and Sissy', 'Floral Act', 'Tink' ,'Silverado' ' Irwell Ace'.
Thanks for looking.
The plants will be bare rooted .

Pick is in Kuripuni.

Price: $40

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
