NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
LIMELIGHT THEATRE COMPANY
7PM WEDNESDAY 22ND JULY 2020
AT CARTERTON COURTHOUSE, HOLLOWAY STREET, CARTERTON

The membership fee has been altered so now all membership are individual and are $5 for the year. Click here to become a financial member.

To be able to vote at the AGM you need to have your membership and payment to us by midnight Friday 17th July.

To nominate or be nominated for the committee you will need to be a financial member and have the nomination forms in by midnight Friday 17th July.

Unpaid members and visitors are welcome to attend the AGM but will not be able to vote.

Please be aware that to vote you must be present at the AGM. Details of whom has been nominated will be uploaded to this website and our Facebook Page as they come in.

We look forward to seeing you there and hopefully receiving lots of new nominations for committee!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
