This is a nicely established plant potted up last season and ready to slip into a place in your garden.
Bearded iris are easy to grow, especially this one. They do like the sun and a good frost is welcome too. It hardens the outside of the rhizome which likes to sit on top of the soil.

Bearded Iris are easy to grow. They like to sunbathe and are frost hardy. They like the sun and a well drained spot in the garden but this plant survived some serious soggy ground this past winter.
Plant them with rhizomes sitting on top of the soil. This one could be eased out of its pot and put straight in the ground.
