They have wide grass like leaves and form a tidy clump, dying down somewhat in the winter and coming away again with fresh growth in the Spring.
The small yellow one only grows about 30 cms high, The others about 50cms.
The flowers last for a day , die and are replaced with multiple other flowers, coming and going. They loved our recent deluge of rain.
I will put up photos of ones I have available.
I have names for all but the double orange one ( the one in a clump) and the single bright red one. One of them has the distinguished name of ' Canadian Border Parrol" ( top right)
I will dig them , trim them and name them and they can be planted straight away.
I originally bought them from a daylily specialist grower as bare rooted , trimmed plants and they arrived in the mail quite happily.

This lily is just about to come into flower.
It is potted.
I have included a photo of the lily from another plant which is in full flower now. They grow about a meter tall and flower at this time of the year. Reliable grower and the corms will get a little bigger each year with more blooms.
