No kids, spectators, filming or photography will be allowed in the class. You can spend 40 mins not thinking about the stresses of life. First class on Monday 12 April then returning after school holidays on Monday 3 May. The hall has air con so comfort temp all year round. No special clothing or shoes needed, stretchy clothing and socks are fine. The class will start slowly and we do the same exercises every week. Please message if you are interested.

They drop people at their workplaces and pick them up when work on the car is finished, have courtesy cars available, do excellent mechanical work and are just really nice folk. They take the time to talk to customers about anything and are great neighbours to the local residents. Avalon Service Centre are definitely our local heroes in Avalon."
