FREE Family Workshop: Christmas Make & Give with ReCreators

Trish Seddon from Te Awamutu Museum

We've changed the date to Saturday 14th December as the Te Awamutu Christmas Parade is on Saturday 7th December so we didn't want to compete with that!

Saturday December 14, 11am - 1pm
Proudly brought to you by the Te Awamutu Museum – Education & Research Centre

Join The ReCreators for a sustainable gift making session!

This is a walk-in event, so you can come and create a sustainable gift with us for a few minutes, or for the whole time.

A handmade gift is a meaningful gift, and if it is up-cycled and good for the planet… then it is even better!

Cost: FREE, numbers limited. Bookings through ReCreators essential (link below).
Booking Details: events.humanitix.com...

Suitable for children 5 years old and over, adults welcome.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

The Online Garage Sale of the Summer

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It's time to clean out the garage (or closet or cupboard!) and make some money back on your summer goods. Get involved with the Neighbourly online garage sale on Saturday, February 22nd.

Whether it's time to let go of your spare tent, your beach umbrella or maybe clear some clothes from your wardrobe, the Neighbourly garage sale is the place to do it - it's free and it's local!

If this is your first Neighbourly garage sale, the way it works is that you list your items individually ahead of the event and members perusing the garage sale items online will contact you to buy it.

Make sure you check out the treasure trove of bargains on Saturday, February 22nd - it's well worth a look!
