Join us this Saturday morning at 9 am - 10.30 to start your Tai Chi journey at the Methodist Church Hall on Bank Street Te Awamutu. Wear shoes you would be happy to go for a walk in, and comfy clothes. We will provide a cuppa and a biscuit, friendly, inclusive atmosphere and the opportunity to de-stress. $30 for the six weeks.
