Raw milk contains countless beneficial enzymes, vitamins, minerals, probiotics and other nutrients that are either deactivated or completely destroyed when heated. Did you know most milk sold in New Zealand is heat treated (or pasteurised)?

Alexander Organics is registered with MPI to sell raw milk directly to you, the consumer.
