A Will is a very meaningful document and it should be prepared with great thought and care.

As well as capturing what you want to do with all the things you own, your Will can also capture your hopes and dreams for the future and should include information about who should look after your children or even your pets.

Will-making is rising across the world as people consider the legacy they want to leave behind. As well as considering what you want to do with your assets - which might include your house and car, and any personal items - many New Zealanders also decide to do something significant and include charitable legacy in their Will.

Do you want to keep your dentures looking great and feeling comfortable? Don’t make these five common mistakes that can ruin your smile:

• Don’t brush them with toothpaste or bleach. They can harm the denture material. Use a soft brush and a denture cleaner instead.
• Don’t leave them dry. They can lose their shape and fit. Soak them in water or a denture solution every night.
• Don’t skip your dental visits. Your mouth can change over time and affect how your dentures fit. Get regular check-ups and adjustments from your dentist.
• Don’t wear them all the time. Your gums need some rest too. Remove your dentures for at least four hours a day to prevent irritation and infection.
• Don’t forget to rinse them after every meal. This can help remove food and bacteria that can cause bad breath and decay.

Follow these tips from The Denture Man and enjoy your beautiful smile with your dentures!

When the school empties out, silence can be almost deafening. Every squeak and creak are magnified a hundredfold. For the night staff who believes in ghosts, there needs to be reigning in of the imagination!

In the dark, Minties keep them company, coupled with jangling of the keys to chase ghosts away (whether real or imagined). No spook wants to stick around and listen to the obnoxious chewing echoing down the hallways, through the classrooms. That would drive any living soul insane!
