Vandals have struck one of the Waipā District’s newest playgrounds by lighting a fire and ripping out plants, later shoving them in a toilet.
The fire at the Terry Came Drive playground in Cambridge - which opened just over two months ago - was set in the middle of the swings over the weekend.
