If you have problems with services or products, you may be protected by the CGA. You should expect services to be carried out with appropriate competency and skills, and completed to a reasonable standard.

For example, Jan had two painters provide quotes for some painting and wallpaper work. She chose her painter and the work was completed. Two weeks later she noticed bumps and lumps in the wallpaper, that she hadn’t noticed at the time the bill was paid.

With a faulty product, you can return it and ask for a repair, replacement or refund. But that’s not so easy with a service! But Jan’s story ended well, the painter came back and rectified the problem at no cost to Jan.

Did you know you can prevent your Life Insurance Premiums from going up every year?

By Fixing your premiums, you can protect against future age-related premium hikes. The younger you are, the more affordable the premium, and more you will save in the long term.

I can help you convert your existing Life Insurance policy to a fixed level premium, so no need to change insurance companies.

Give me a call or email me on Linda@nzbroker.co.nz and lets "lock it in" and save you money in the long term!

Level your insurance premiums

There are two payment options available to you, Stepped and Level.

Stepped premiums start low and increase as you age and your risk of claiming rises.

Level Premiums will stay the same over the life of the policy and are a great option if you are looking to keep your life insurance policy in the long term.

The Level premium may be slightly higher in the beginning, but you will save in the long term as the stepped premium increases each year.

Choosing to level or fix your premiums will allow you the certainty of knowing that you can afford to keep your cover for when you (and your loved ones) need it most.

Level premiums make budgeting easy. You'll know the cost of your insurance today and in the future.
