By the end of the course you will be able to:
• have a basic understanding of computer use and feel more confident in ability to use computers and peripherals;
• use a computer to create a simple Word document and understand how to save this to various locations;
• have a beginning understanding of file management on a computer;
• manage a web-based email to communicate effectively and know the basics of sending and downloading attachments;
• use the internet to find information effectively;
• Create basic job seeker and social media profiles.
