Speedway to move from Western Springs

Speedway promoters have agreed to move from Western Springs, opening the way for the venue to become the home of test cricket in Auckland.

Here's the full details about the move.

What are your thoughts on the speedway moving? Are you a neighbour glad to see the back of the racing and the noise? Are you looking forward to a decent test cricket venue in Auckland? And if you're a speedway fan, how do you feel about trekking out to the airport to see races?
