We're launching a new programme entitled NZ Certificate in ECE and Care (Level 4), approved by NZQA recently, and will be applying a zero fees policy for the initial run so that those who are having difficulty getting into a course through the Fees Free scheme offered by TEC, can have an alternative option to get good qualifications for free.
