Hats off to Tour de Backyard runner Ryan Berry, who is completing 100kms dressed as the Pink Panther. Pounding the streets of Glenfield in a pink polyester onesie, Ryan has become accustomed to toots, whistles and being asked if he's lost a bet. Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
