I tried this haircut place in Mairangi Bay that is budget friendly. Wondering if I could ever have a good cut knowing that I had severe hair loss issue. But to my surprise, this wonderful lady named Ann (or Anna I think) did my haircut that would suit my face and the hairstyles to suit with hair thinning issues. I did my son's haircut for $10 which is the best price I ever saw in North Shore. Just took the pic for the price she offers.
Just sharing good things here.

Following a dry 2019, the region saw a record 40 days with no rain in January and February, paving the way for water restrictions that would continue into December.
Despite the restrictions and Aucklanders being the most efficient water users in New Zealand, the dam levels are still low and Watercare is asking everyone to try and save 20 litres per day.
We’ve put together a list of easy ways you can save water around your home, as well as a few ideas for if you’re willing to go the extra mile.

The lanes will be closed for resurfacing and other maintenance from Boxing Day for up to ten days. This closure will affect the Shelley Beach off-ramp with access controlled by a stop/go managment system.
Motorists are encouraged to use the Western Ring route if there are delays on the bridge. Three lanes will be open to traffic in both directions says Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency Auckland System Manager, Andrea Williamson.
“The resurfacing process on the bridge requires 3-5 days to “cure” before allowing traffic on it, so while it may look as if nothing is happening the team will be using the lanes closure for other maintenance tasks, including water blasting and painting just below the road deck.”
Motorists are advised to check Waka Kotahi's social media sites for any updates on the lane closures during the 10 day period.

But at 93, the long-serving priest has become a published author during the final throes of his life.
Bugler has been a parish priest for 62 years and is thought to be one of New Zealand’s longest-serving priests, with stints at many parishes including Milford and Takapuna.
His memoir, A Song to be Sung, documents Bugler’s life from a quiet boy living in poverty in rural Ireland, to becoming a well-loved and widely-followed Catholic priest in New Zealand.
