She lacked self-confidence. ‘‘I had a negative mind set in which I had beliefs that I would never be successful at anything, with a very low self-esteem. ‘‘I made excuses because I had no motivation and little confidence and I let life pass me by even if it was a wonderful opportunity because I was so afraid of the unknown.’’
Not anymore! Prasad, 18, and the youngest in a family of five, is now working as a caregiver while studying a foundation course at NZMA for occupational therapy and has realised she ‘‘could do anything’’. She is the first in her family to go to university. The South Auckland teen has found her potential with the help of our Foundation that aims to transform young Kiwi lives.

In the Western Leader a while back now, there was an article about CostCO that was coming from the U.S which now will be coming to Westgate here in NZ. Now in saying this, what do people think? Will it be best bringing a wholesale store from the U.S and being used here to push price cheaper than here in NZ or will we not need one?
I think having this CostCO store in Westgate will bring pressure to the mainstream retail stores in Auckland and possibly NZ wide too. I mean we are now in a world that we can go online and buy any product you like literally and that many retail stores have self service kiosk machines. We will have to wait and see what happens in months to come. Hopefully it will bring people work too.

I have a 4 year old Jack Russell cross Bichon that really doesn't like kennels and I need to go away for work from time to time.
Any assistance is appreciated.
