Before its an emergency
Folk the are Organizations out in your Communities That can be utilize before one thinks of having to call police, Orgs like
The Watchmen Community Patrols, Crime Watch, Neighborhood Watch, Pacific and Maori Wardens, Even Rec Centres Mall Security and your local churches.
These places all should have folk who will be willing to help the people find Missing Kids, Missing Animals,
Help in road safety when one needs to move out quickly,
Advocate in situations where the police don't need to be called but its good to have someone there,
These Organizations should all be about helping our locals grow so why not utilize them.
Sometimes they will be able to strengthen the need for police to interact and sometimes there just may not be any reason to have police.
Also Neighbourly And Facebook helps too
