Building our Community Neighbours Together
Just wanted to share in my apartment block, we held our 2nd Block BBQ and it was such a great turn out. Hobsonville Point is such a great community, and blocks and pocket areas are just as awesome. While I was on the grill, I smiled seeing this was just the way I remember growing up. Neighbours hanging out catching up or getting to know each other.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
