Recipe: Chicken Kiev
Inspired by the classic dish from the city of Kieve in Ukraine, Chicken Kiev is a dish made of chicken fillet pounded and rolled around cold butter, then coated with eggs and bread crumbs, and either fried or baked prepared by our Advanced cookery student Timmika at home during the lockdown.

🌟 Customer serving volunteers needed – Kumeu SPCA Op Shop 🌟
We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers aged 15+ to join us on the shop floor. We especially need help serving customers, pricing donations, and steaming clothes - but other tasks are available too.
📆 4-hour shifts, any day of the week (10am–2pm or 12pm–4pm)
