Many of you know we are rounding out the last few days to get our votes in for our local elections. If you have not voted and have your ballots, I encourage you to please vote and then drop those off at the nearest Countdown or library ballot drop off.
If you dont have those ballots, you can drop into your library or nearest council service centre and they should be able to help you cast a "special vote."
Thanks and have a great week!

Cinnamon tea is loaded with antioxidants. After a long tiring day, we all need something relaxing. The benefits of cinnamon tea before bed could form part of a great routine that facilitates winding down before sleeping because cinnamon works wonders in relaxing your muscles and removing tension from your body, and might help you drift off to sleep.
Do try it :)

New Zealand has seen a surge of cases of Hepatitis A this year and 12 of those infected (including seven hospitalised) have been linked with the consumption of frozen berries.
The recall of Pams products is a precaution due to this possible link of Hepatitis A associated with berries sourced from Serbia.
Here's what you need to know:
- All batches and all dates of Pams Mixed Berries, Two Berry Mix, Smoothie Berry Mix, and Raspberries have been recalled and removed from supermarkets.
- The Pams products are sold at New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square stores nationwide.
- Hepatitis A is a contagious virus which spreads easily. Learn more here.
- Due to the possibility that other brands of berries may be infected, New Zealand Food Safety continues to advise those eating frozen berries to wash hands before and after preparing the berries, briefly boil them before eating and ensure cooking temperatures exceed 85 degree Celsius for 1 minute.
If you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.

Police are asking for help from the public to locate a 21-year-old Auckland woman who has not been seen since the early hours of 30 September.
Aimee-Jane Smith went missing early in the morning from her home in St Heliers. She was wearing white shoes, dark shorts and a light blue or grey coloured sweat shirt. She is five foot three inches tall, has dark hair (as in the second photo below) and has a distinctive tattoo down her left leg.
This is the second time Aimee-Jane Smith has disappeared in the past week - she was first reported missing from St Lukes Mall last Wednesday and was found the next day.
Her family, friends and police have serious concerns for her welfare and want to make sure she is safe, they are asking anyone who has seen her to contact police immediately.
If you have information about her whereabouts, please call police on 111 or contact 105, referencing file number 220930/4710.

Here is the reason why:
"The Trusts announce the temporary closure of West Liquor Railside, 126 Railside Avenue, Henderson.
The Trusts on behalf of Waitakere Licensing Trust today announced the temporary closure of their liquor store at 126 Railside Avenue, Henderson.
After a recent heavy rain event an inspection report was ordered and has identified potential health and safety risks in the building. Allan Pollard, CEO of The Trusts, says although the risks are low level the safety of staff and customers has been paramount.
“We apologise for inconveniencing our customers however while we investigate the issues further, we need to put health and safety first,” Mr Pollard said.
“We will take expert advice to investigate further and look at ways to mitigate the issues and open again as soon as possible,” said Mr Pollard.
All employees will be redeployed to other stores."
In my humble opinion, this wouldn't happen if we could buy alcohol from other places out West instead of the Trusts outlets - but, hey, that's just my humble opinion.
