Hidden parking signs - have you been stung with a fine as a result of not seeing a sign?
Auckland Transport says a woman must pay her $113 parking fine, despite the sign with parking conditions being hidden by low-hanging trees.
The trees hiding the clearway sign were "severely" chopped back after the complaint, but an Auckland Transport spokesman said, as for the timeliness of the trees being trimmed, "Auckland Council carried out regular tree maintenance".
