There is a little tropical garden and a deck upstairs for relaxing, both are very sunny all day and at night great for a BBQ and a wine on the deck.

The house is in 3 levels and positioned high up and is very private and sunny overlooking Long Bay.

Walking distance down to Long Bay beach, Torbay shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets.

North Shore offers lots to do like golf, tennis, vineyards, bush walks, swimming, shopping, cafes, bars & restaurants etc.

Albany is 5 km away and Auckland City 15 min with a bus stop just down the rd.

Price staying 2 months or more all inclusive Water, Power and Internet $1150 per week (3 weeks deposit + 3 weeks notice when leaving) For two people. Extra persons $70 each

Price staying under 2 months all inclusive Water, Power and Internet $1580 per week

(Two weeks deposit + Two weeks notice when living).

For Two people. Extra persons $70 each per week.

Single person staying can be discussed some discount.
