We run fun and engaging classes designed to provide information, evidence and tips and tricks about the birth of your baby and beyond.
We have designed this course to be a little different.
We want you to leave our course feeling confident and powerful about your birth and taking the baby home to join your family.
Our focus is not just on pregnancy and birth, we want you to learn practical parenting and what it's going to be like to have a new baby join your family.
