While our sector has taken a big knock now, we know from the earthquake experience, that people will soon want to eat out again. Hi folks.
Knarly old guy ( me) have 5 mths to get joints moving before I embark on trip of a lifetime. Am looking for someone who could/ would lay me out some stretching exercises knees in particular so that I can really enjoy my trip.
Please donβt suggest physio too darn expensive I am not totally knackered I walk my dogs and still work just want to be able to move easier.
